By incorporating new floor slabs, mechanical systems, egress, and other updates around a central four story atrium, each floor is given daylight from both the new Pearl Street Facade as well as this light court. This urban facade itself is entirely new masonry and features an at grade storefront approach incorporating porcelain panels.
