Situated alongside the Niagara River, this corporate headquarters for a well-established Buffalo based company added 22,000 s/f to an existing manufacturing facility. Developed by Tommaso Briatico in the office of Peter Castle Architect, the project features two large interior atrium spaces, sub-grade parking, glazed conference space, expressed HVAC systems, and well appointed vistas to the adjacent river.

Building upon the Rich family vision, the design carefully wove together the formerly separated areas of manufacturing, research, management, and senior administration into one integrated business housing. While wielding an exterior palette of pre-cast concrete, ribbon windows, glazed vestibules, and metal panels, the design helps set a lively and professional work stage by pulling in natural lighting via the three story atrium space. Along with a crisp interior design approach, this facility has become a familiar corporate icon within the Buffalo community.
