In 2014, this existing frame residence was badly damaged during a fire, and was completely rebuilt as a single family residence in the Parkside community of Buffalo. Every wall, floor, roof, widows and floor plan were re-built to conform to the NY State building code.

In 2019,  after completing the original renovations the new owners needed a
sunroom addition to the back yard that would provide a cozy, warm sun filled space that can be used throughout the year. This addition was seamless with the original house and replicated all the same material and details.
